This one of a kind gorgeous pendant necklace features a two-layer intricately carved oval pendant on a 16in bright sterling silver multi-strand neck wire. The pendant is made of finely engraved sterling silver with a combination of depletion gilded and oxidized finishes for a bold white-and-black contrast. At the center sits a gold bezel surrounding a white depletion gilded oval with a subtle scale texture, and nested in the center of the white oval is an open gold square accented by a dainty 0.015ct natural diamond. Delicate but striking, distinctive but elegant, Susan Mahlstedt’s jewelry is a perfect balance of high contrast and beautifully carved texture.
