Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bezel & Kiln (a subsidiary of The Handmade Showroom, LLC) Below are our terms and conditions that constitute The Handmade Showroom Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (US)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During US Holidays, USPS shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone ASAP.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method estimated delivery times from Seattle and are in addition to order processing times (normally 2 to 3 days).

USPS First Class Mail 1-5 business days
USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express Next day to 2 business days Guaranteed*
*USPS Guarantees delivery of Priority Mail Express packages by refunding shipping costs if package is not delivered on guaranteed date. It is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once we ship your item, USPS is responsible for delivery and can experience delays due to weather conditions, holiday volumes and other conditions.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Handmade Showroom dba Bezel & Kiln ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Handmade Showroom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
The Handmade Showroom dba Bezel & Kiln is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy
International shipments will take an additional 7 to 10 days before we can ship your order plus additional time to arrive based on the shipping carrier chosen.

We are able to ship outside of the US, however we will need to confirm your shipping address as well as calculate accurate shipping charges before your order can be fulfilled.

When we are notified of your order, we will contact you via email to confirm your order and update any shipping differences.

If we calculate the shipping as more than what our checkout system has charged, we will send an additional invoice for the balance due. Conversely, if actual shipping is less than the amount charged, a refund will be made to your method of payment.

In-store Order Pickup Policy
Orders completed online can be put on hold to pickup at our physical store location during our current business hours.

Open Every Day 12pm to 7pm.
Choose "In-Store Pickup" as a shipping option at checkout and we will contact you to confirm your order.
Curbside pickup is available - email us at hello@bezelandkiln to request a curbside pickup appointment.

Before or after business hours pickup can be arranged by appointment only.
Holiday hours may vary. Contact us for more information.
